Terms of Service
Effective 9 August 2026
These terms apply when you use the Quiet Automation website at quietautomation.co, including our free AI automation audit. By using the site, you agree to them. If you engage us to build automations for your business, that work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, and if anything in it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
What Quiet Automation is
Quiet Automation designs and builds automations that run routine admin tasks for small and medium businesses, such as invoice chasing, client onboarding, reporting and inbox triage. The website exists to explain the service and to let you scope a potential automation through our AI intake assistant.
The free AI audit
The intake assistant interviews you about a workflow and produces an automation brief with suggested opportunities and rough time-saving estimates. Please understand what the brief is and is not:
- It is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote, proposal or commitment. Pricing and scope are only agreed in a written proposal after a human has reviewed your situation.
- Estimates of hours saved are honest approximations based on what you told the assistant. Your real results depend on your tools, volumes and processes, and may differ.
- The assistant is AI-generated. It aims to be accurate and conservative, but AI output can contain mistakes, so nothing it says should be treated as professional, legal or financial advice.
The audit is free and carries no obligation for either of us. We may decline to take on work following an audit at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Use the site and the intake assistant for their intended purpose: scoping genuine business workflows. Do not attempt to abuse, overload or circumvent the protections on the audit chat, probe or disrupt our systems, use the assistant to generate content unrelated to an automation audit, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights. We apply fair-use rate limits and may block access that violates these terms.
Your content and our content
You keep all rights to the information you share with us. You give us permission to use it to prepare your brief, follow up with you and, if you engage us, deliver the work. How we handle personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy. Everything else on the site, including its design, text, branding and code, belongs to Quiet Automation, and you may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
Service availability and disclaimers
The website and the audit are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate, secure and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the assistant will always be able to run an audit, or that the site is free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the free website and audit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Automation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the free website or audit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, which for the free audit is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you use the site from elsewhere, you may also have mandatory protections under your local law, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
